With the ever coming age of classic vehicles, machinery and other items. Spare part production can cease to exist for the duration of the life cycle of these items. With modern techniques and equipment at DBMS we can reproduce these items better than before.

After spending 10+ years in the machining industry and more specifically producing aerospace and defence items as an individual. DBMS now has the ability to produce virtual models for clients. These models will be thoroughly thought out for concerns of not just part functionality but also the most efficient production process.

We also utilise quality 3D scanning tools to accommodate for the most complex of geometries. Making our workflow from ideas through to tangible components a reality.

With the use of a “Bambu” printers we can provide not only items to serve the R&D process but also robust components that could supersede metal options if the environment deems it.
